We are a company founded in 2024, whose main objective is to offer professional cultural management services.
What does M mean?
Manuel holds a degree in Musicology and is a specialist in Cultural Management. He completed a Master’s in Cultural Project Management and Leadership (2021) at the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. His work is focused on the Valencian bassociative movement, as he has held leadership positions at the Ateneo Musical Maestro Gilabert Music Society for over six years.
He has worked as a guitar teacher in various academies (Escuela de Música Maestro Alcolea de Aspe, Unión Musical la Artística de Novelda, and Sociedad Musical La Lira de Monforte del Cid). He has also developed his work as an administrative assistant in cultural associations (Asociación Musical Virgen del Remedio de Petrer). Manuel has collaborated with several artists and professionals in the cultural sector, handling programming, grant management, and marketing, among other tasks.
He firmly believes in the capacity of the cultural sector to face the challenges of the 21st century through honest and adaptable management, regardless of the size of the projects he works on. Commitment, dedication, and attention to detail are his trademarks.
What does B mean?
Beatriu Llibertat holds a degree in Flute Performance and is a professional in Cultural Management. She specializes in teaching and management through her master’s degrees in Secondary Education (2020) and Cultural Management (2020). She is skilled in achieving sustainable development goals and organizing cultural events.
She has worked as a flute teacher in various conservatories (Moncada and Ontinyent) and academies (l’Om de Picassent, Canet de Berenguer) and as a secondary school teacher in the music specialty. In the field of cultural management, she has collaborated with several music, dance, and theater groups, performing communication and production coordination tasks.
She speaks three different languages from an early age (Valencian, Spanish, and English). This has helped her understand different cultures and appreciate the richness in diversity. Captivated by new challenges and the learning they bring, she strives to understand the needs of each audience, seeking greater empathy and meaningful learning through artistic projects.
